About 2 years before cannabis became recreationally legal in California, I worked on creating banners for each business hosted on a website. There were no real requirements other than we had to make the banners appear to be an extension of their brand, and we had to use the assets provided.
Many of these clients had been previously been operating in the black/grey market, and had poor quality branding and assets, if any were provided at all.

I was stoned during the creation of every one of these and it didn't take long for me to develop a particular style.
